TMF PRAGUE SPRING FESTIVAL CONCERTEach year TMF collaborates with the Prague Spring Festival to produce a concert featuring a new TMF Commission premiered by leading artists. On May 26, 2013 Garrick Ohlsson will premiere Lubica Cekovska's work for solo piano.
Our 2012 Prague Spring Festival concert featured Vit Zouhar's TMF Commission for harpsichord, flute and string trio, performed to a sold-out audience in Prague's famed Church of St. Simon and Jude, whose organ was once played by Mozart and Haydn. TMF ANNUAL PRAGUE SPRING TOURJoin TMF May 23-29, 2013 for our fourth annual Tour of Prague during the Prague Spring Festival — an artistic, cultural, historical, and musical journey featuring exclusive guided tours of Terezín and the Jewish Quarter; visits to synagogues, palaces, and concert halls; a TMF Commission premiere performed by Garrick Ohlsson at the Prague Spring Festival; and a private VIP dinner at Lobkowitz Palace with a viewing of Beethoven and Mozart manuscripts. This professionally organized tour is led by TMF Director Mark Ludwig and a team of noted scholars and artists.
